Configuration

Before you can access these exports, you need to configure its format:

  1. Go to the top left corner of your screen to display the navigation menu, click on the Settings icon next to the Alcméon logo in the top right corner of the navigation menu

  2. In "Settings", click on "Exports", and then click on "Create Export" in the top right corner

  3. In the Creation popup:

    • Leave “Custom” to “No”, unless otherwise instructed by [email protected]
    • Language: only messages written in the selected language will be exported. By default, all messages are exported
    • Encoding: utf-8 or utf-16, depending on your preferences
    • Normalization: If you select No, the exports will contain the original unmodified message contents. If you select Yes, we will attempt to clean message content from any characters that might trigger bugs in CSV readers.
    • Anonymization: If you select “Client Only”, customer names will be emptied before export. If you select “Adviser only”, customer support agent names/emails will be emptied before export. Yes you select “Yes”, both filters will be applied.
    • Zip Directory: If you select Yes, the export zip file will contain a single directory that contains all export files. If you select No, the export zip file will contain a flat list of export csv files
    • FTP Servers list: Select an sFTP server if you wish to push to this server, do not select any if you intend to pull data instead.
