A major part of our mission is to provide numerous means to integrate our Alcméon application deeply within the CRM and backoffice systems or our customers, via builtin connectors, data exports, and APIs.

If you are looking for a way to install, and configure our Salesforce connector, we provide extensive documentation aimed at Salesforce Integrators.

If you are looking for a way to import within a BI tool data produced by Customer Support Agents within Alcméon, we provide CSV exports that cover a wide range of use-cases such as:

  • AI-based Analysis of customer or Agent verbatim messages
  • Consolidation of cross-channel KPIs

Our HTTP-based APIs cover other use-cases:

  • Personalized automated bot experiences for customers via a bidirectional realtime data exchange with backoffice systems,
  • Integration of in-app authenticated messaging, and,
  • Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of Customer Support Agent accounts to handle large call centers.
