If you are looking for information on our Alcméon for Salesforce connector, or more specifically if you are an administrator of your Alcméon environment or of your Salesforce organization or a Salesforce integrator looking for guidance on how to make the best out of our connector, this documentation is for you!

Let's start by clarifying the different responsibilities to share for a successful deployment of the Alcméon for Salesforce connector:

  • As our client, your responsibility will be to clarify with us your functional requirements, install our package on your Salesforce staging and production organizations and configure them in your Alcméon environment(s).
  • Depending on your requirements, your Salesforce integrator will be responsible for the complementary setup of your organizations, which is mostly about implementing any functional logic on top of the connector. It could be about working with Case objects or specific business processes.
  • At Alcméon, our responsibility is to deliver new versions of our Alcméon for Salesforce managed package and to push these upgrades to your organizations. We also provide the documentation and necessary support for you and your Salesforce integrator for a successful deployment of our connector. As such, our Client Success team will assist you throughout this process.
